The mystery of COD 2023 thickens as people are now posting about attending early capture events for the next Call of Duty. Could the reveal event for the rumored “MW3” be coming soon? Here’s everything you need to know about what’s buzzing around COD 2023 right now:
LAS VEGAS EARLY GAMEPLAY EVENT
Currently, Call of Duty got a few athletes to see the “new game preview” from Call of Duty as quoted by Cassy Athena on Instagram.
Cassy Athena is a highly-respected photographer for the NBA and their work speaks for itself! Make sure to check them out!
Cassy Athena wasn’t the only one there like Wendell Moore and Ishmail Wainwright to name a few. However, Cassy took photos of majority, if not all of them, there!
There was also a belt there that said “2023 – Call of Duty – Vegas” which appears to be one of the rewards for the small tournament being held at the event! The tournament appears to be a MW2/Warzone tournament and NOT a tournament for the new Call of Duty; the athletes were only shown gameplay of the new game and weren’t allowed to actually play it.
Of course, there isn’t any confirmation of the game except that its release date is set for November as confirmed by Call of Duty after the Judge of the Microsoft v FTC case brought it up; the game is rumored to be titled “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III“.
