Black Ops 6 & Warzone will be bringing in a new event not long after the launch of Season 2, the Shadow Hunt Event. The Nocturne seeks worthy allies to join his team. To join, you’ll have to complete a series of challenges laid out for you. Complete challenges across all three modes (Multiplayer, Zombies, & Warzone) & earn FREE rewards to use in BO6 & Warzone. Here’s all we know about the Shadow Hunt Event so far:
New Nocturne Operator
With the launch of Season 2 comes a new operator, Nocturne. He’s a highly trained assassin who has no miss on his record for assigned hits. The challenges during this event will determine if you’re worthy enough to join him.
You’ll be able to play as the Nocturne if you purchase the Battle Pass, along with several other items including a Blueprint, an emote, emblem, & a 10% boost on Battle Pass XP.
You’ll also instantly unlock the BlackCell alternate skin upon purchasing. Completion of the BattlePass will award you with the “Obsidian” Nocturne skin. BlackCell owners will additionally unlock the “Maul” Nocturne skin, alongside the “Obsidian” skin.
Shadow Hunt Event Update
On February 13th, the Nocturne will lay out his challenges for players to complete. They’ll have until February 20th to prove their worth. Players will need to complete challenges & earn up to 7 different rewards.
Challenges will be available across all three modes (Multiplayer, Zombies & Warzone). Each mode will have their own unique challenges, specific to that mode.
The events’ Mastery rewards will be either the Binary Trigger Fire Mod for the Tanto .22 SMG, or the TR2 Marksman Rifle. Expect a full rewards showcase and strategy guide for the event as we get closer to February.
All Shadow Hunt Event Rewards
This Event features Challenges for Warzone, Multiplayer, or Zombies. Only completion of 1/3 Challenges will unlock that reward, Challenges can be done in ANY order. Completing all 6 of the Challenges will unlock the MASTERY Rewards, being the ‘TR2’ Marksman Rifle and the ‘Black Diamond’ Operator Skin, exclusive for Blackcell Owners.
Unburied Hatchet (Spray) – Challenge 1
- Multiplayer – Earn 50k Score
- Zombies – Complete 30 Total Rounds
- Warzone – Complete 5 Contracts
Stealth Hunter (Emblem) – Challenge 2
- Multiplayer – 100 Eliminations with a Suppressor
- Zombies – 500 Critical Kills with a Suppressor
- Warzone – Get 3 Headshots
Wolfhound (Charm) – Challenge 3
- Multiplayer – Win 5 Matches
- Zombies – Successfully Exfil 3 Times
- Warzone – Complete 5 Matches
1 Hour 2XP Token – Challenge 4
- Multiplayer – Get a kill without taking damage 5 times
- Zombies – Get 30 Kills in a row without taking damage 10 times
- Warzone – Loot 10 Caches
Slipstream (Perk) – Challenge 5
- Multiplayer – 5 Melee Kills
- Zombies – 200 Melee Kills
- Warzone – 1 Melee Elimination
Binary Trigger (Tanto .22 Mod) – Challenge 6
- Multiplayer – Kill 10 Enemies revealed by Spy Cam or Prox Alarm
- Zombies – Kill 3 Elite Zombies
- Warzone – Get 10 Eliminations with Custom Guns
Completing ALL 6 Challenges will unlock the ‘TR2’ Marksman Rifle, and the ‘Black Diamond’ Operator Skin for Blackcell Battlepass Owners!
