How To Complete Operation Poison Pill in Black Ops 7 Endgame (All Challenges and Rewards)

Season 3 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 releases on April 2nd, at 11AM CT, 12PM ET, & 9AM PT. With its launch, Endgame is set to receive a HUGE content drop as a new system of content is introduced to the mode. Endgame will be receiving its first Operation in Season 3 of Black Ops 7. This Operation will be full of challenges for players to complete, all with figuring rewards leading up to a grand, final encounter. Today, we’re going over Operation: Poison Pill, each objective & its challenges, as well as all rewards you can earn here in BO7 Season 3. Here’s what you need to know:

Operation: Poison Pill Launches into Endgame in Black Ops 7 Season 3

What is Operation: Poison Pill? This Operation will be a set of objectives you must complete, with each objective holding their own set of challenges. These will act similarly to the Act Missions from MWZ back in MW3 (2023). These are meant to be completed across multiple deployments into Endgame.

Completing all these objectives eventually leads up to a final boss fight within the Link Forger Glitch Fracture. Behaving similarly to the newly introduced Glitch Fractures, operators should expect no less when it comes to difficulty ahead.

Glitch Step: Link Forger – Nightmare Zone

Defeat Strike Boss O.S.C.A.R. to reveal the Link Forger Glitch. Rip open the Glitch to Overcome the challenges inside.

- Defeat the Strike Boss O.S.C.A.R. while on this Step to reveal the Link Forger Glitch
Challenge 2
- Acquire an Exotic Weapon or upgrade a weapon using the Exotic Fabricator
Challenge 3
- Enter the Link Forger Glitch and defeat the Glitch Boss

- Acquire a Nightmare Skill

Additional Endgame Glitch Fracture Rewards

There are additional camo rewards that you can earn, tied to Glitch Boss completions with certain operators. These operators are Mason, Grimm, & Anderson. If you complete the Glitch Fracture Boss with any of these operators, you’ll earn their unique ‘Override’ operator skin. These are the camos you can earn, & their unlock criteria:

Blighted – Weapon Camo
- Earn 1 ‘Override’ Operator Skin
Virulent – Animated Weapon Camo
- Earn all 3 ‘Override’ Operator Skins
