DEEP COVER | MISSION WALKTHROUGH | MODERN WARFARE 3 (2023) CAMPAIGN

GAMEPLAY WALKTHROUGH

This mission opens with Nikolai and Laswell. They start talking about a Russian Asset that Laswell wants to meet with to help stop Makarov. Laswell asks Nikolai to take her to the Arklov Military Base in Urzikstan to meet with the Russian Asset, Yuri.

Laswell starts on a hill wit a silenced pistol. You will need to conceal your weapon and head inside to locate Yuri. Nikolai will communicate with Laswell the entire mission. Yuri is located on a roof of the base, of which you will need to sneak to. Keep your distance from the troops, they will attack you if you’re too close; the entire base will go on alert if one enemy detects you, so do your best to stay stealthy. NOTE: IT could be possible to survive if you alert the base, but in our playthrough (which our first one was on Recruit) we were immediately killed.

Before you can enter the Admin Building you need to enter, you must acquire a keycard. Nikolai says you must find an officer and get him alone and take him out to steal his keycard. Follow him forma distance until he reaches a secuirty building. Then, enter the building, kill his guards if you have to, and then kill the officer for his keycard. Then, make your way back to the Admin Building and enter. Go to the marker and enter the room.

Yuri will offer you a cigarette and give you a USB about Makarov wanting Barkov’s chemical weapons. Yuri explains why he’s working against Makarov, hoping for a better Russia. Price then comes over comms to warn Laswell about the missiles heading to the Arklov Base. The alarm sounds and the missiles hit the base. Yuri wishes you good luck and heads for an escape. You then have to run to the roof before the gas overtakes the building. Once you reach the roof, you have to jump into Nikolai’s helicopter.
