All Launch Multiplayer Maps in Black Ops 7 | Hijacked, Raid, Express

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will release worldwide on November 14th, 2025. Black Ops 7 has been officially revealed at Gamescom, and with it came our first look at BO7’s Multiplayer Mode! Black Ops 7 Multiplayer will provide players with a big array of brand new maps and returning classics from Black Ops 2 and with new enhancements with Omni-Movement, the classic Treyarch feeling for Multiplayer with the removal of Tact Sprint & Doors it has fans Intrigued for what’s to come. With this we will provide you with developer insights in how they designed the newest entry in Call of Duty Multiplayer. Ready to learn more? Here’s what you need to know about Black Ops 7’s Multiplayer:

BLACK OPS 7 MULTIPLAYER REVEAL

During Gamescom, players were given a full-fledged reveal for Black Ops 7 which gave users a glimpse on BO7’s Multiplayer mode. players can expect an arcade-style feel with the removal of Tact Sprinting, Doors and the return of iconic BO2 Multiplayer maps.

MULTIPLAYER EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Omni-Movement System: A groundbreaking new system introduced in Black Ops 6 that revolutionized movement for the COD franchise, allowing players to sprint in any direction – forwards, sidestepping, and backpedaling will be getting an update inside Black Ops 7 which will enhanced the movement allowing players to wall-jump for traversal and engagement opportunities, Combat Role from fall damage (not a mechanic in 6v6), Moving while Mounting & Wall Running.

16 New 6v6 Maps: Players can expect a diverse range of environments with 13 original maps (2 being for the brandnew 20v20 Skirmish Mode), & 3 remasters at launch,

20v20 Skirmish Mode: available on 2 original maps, supporting 4 player squads on teams of 20 vs 20. Players objective of the mode is to capture, destroy, & escort. 20v20 Skirmish will feature high energy pace of play, Wingsuits, Grapple Hook, and Vehicles. The mode is similar to Fireteam & Ground War.

Black Ops 7’s Multiplayer will have a futuristic esthetic similar to Black Ops 2 but “evolved” as It will feature brand new perks, an overclocking system, & cleaner UI/HUD for Players.

Launch Maps for 6v6:

  • Homestead
    • Return to David Mason’s childhood home in Alaska in this MP experience. Bathed in the Northern Lights, you’ll battle enemies across the rocky terrain & through the freezing waters.

  • Colossus
    • The once bustling Colossus Resort now sits as a dilapidated & damaged mess. Gain the high ground from the Atrium or Bar, or battle down low through the loading bay or maintenance rooms.

  • Imprint
    • Deep in the snowy mountains lays a robotics complex, capable of producing drones. Sheer cliff drop offs are a looming threat & long range standoffs are common. There’s even a snow incline to get a lift!

  • Flagship
    • The underside of a massive aircraft serves as a battleground for players to explore. The worksite that surrounds the hull of the ship makes for engagement points, or the ascender can bring you into the gantry.

  • Retrieval
    • A stealth aircraft belonging to ‘The Guild’ has crashed down, leaving a massive wreck behind it. Use ambush points or long range areas to combat foes within the Frozen Tundra.

  • Paranoia
    • While all seems normal in this hospital, you soon find there’s more to it than meets the eye. Battle through the regular facility, while stepping deep into a psychedelic dreamscape of the mind.

  • Express
    • The iconic BO2 Map Express makes a return in BO7. Face your opponents in the high speed train station, inner terminal, & through upper walkways. Keep your eyes & ears open for the oncoming train!

  • Raid
    • The fan-favorite map, Raid, returns from Black Ops 2! The tranquility of the Japanese mansion gives way to high octane engagements, both close quarters & long distance. Battle it out near the pool & tiki bar, or through the bedrooms & kitchen!

  • Hijacked
    • The classic battle boat ‘Hijacked’ from BO2 has returned to the port! Three lanes of nonstop action & chaos await new players! Be sure to pack your SMGs, Shotguns, & melees for the close quarters engagements below in the Engine Room!

  • Blackheart
    • Out on the open waters is a drilling platform facility, ran by ‘The Guild’. Take your engagements out & around massive pumps, aquatic vehicles, & containers. Keep your eye out when fighting around the grinder pit, & the center drill!

  • Scar
    • A fitting map name as a scar is left on this mountain village in Silverbrook, Alaska. Military presence has overtaken the town, leaving fires, rubbles & deserted buildings. Various building still stand, such as the post office or Motel, as well as the general store.

  • Den
    • ‘The Guild’ have constructed a compound within Japan, amongst the locale. The courtyard in the center of the map branches off into several locations, including the conference room & helipad. Beware, as the rooftops can serve as vantage points for enemies to fire from.

  • The Forge
    • Having been built on the Harbor, the Forge serves as the heart of research/development for Guild Tech. Two separate wings of the research facility are connected via walkways & a center range including a central turret.

  • Toshin
    • Due to a monorail derailment, a downtown shopping district has become an abandoned urban wasteland. Take control of the neon lit streets, where a ‘Guild’ sign hangs overhead. The market & park both serve as main conflict areas, as well as upper areas for vantage points.

  • Exposure
    • After a brutal tank assault,’Exposure’ is the remnants of the abandoned solar array installation created by ‘The Guild’. Most of the map takes place outside in the Australian Outback. Towers & units serve as cover to utilize, while there’s vantage points for the high ground against your foes.

  • Cortex
    • Cortex is the site of a secret experimental research facility, owned & operated by ‘The Guild’. Take a peek inside the vats within the facility, or trek through the morgue. The underpass is key to controlling the map!

Launch Maps for ‘Skirmish’ (20v20):

  • MISSION : EDGE
    • Downtown Avalon becomes the stage for multi-squad conflicts. Various areas of the map serve as zones to fight for control over, such as parks, cafes, courtyards, hotels, & underpasses. Sticking to the ground provides cover, as well as vehicles to maneuver around snipers. Speaking of which, take to the rooftops & upper levels for vantage points & move roof to roof to avoid enemy Helo fire.

  • MISSION : TIDE
    • A massive military compound has been constructed along the coast of Avalon. Battle your way onto the shore & across the rocks to access the outer walls, while ascenders will give you access into the compound itself. Multiple locations lay within the military compound, including Barracks, armory, mess hall, garage, & others. There are various ambush locations, as well as long range areas, as well as close quarter choke points.
