Modern Warfare 3’s first ever in-game event is here, but was then taken out of MW3 just as quick as it arrived. The True Legends Event in Modern Warfare III was an all new event that supports the Call of Duty Endowment Charity where players could complete this event and help the charity all in MWIII. However, the event has been delayed indefinitely. Here’s what you need to know:
COD ENDOWMENT
This event is based around the Call of Duty Endowment Charity. For those of you that don’t know what this charity is; every year Call of Duty releases a bundle where all proceeds go to the Endowment Charity that helps benefit US and UK veterans! This helps them get back on their feet after ending their service, or after a tour.
Last year, Call of Duty did a short event in DMZ where you had to collect money, and exfil with 10k$ and Call of Duty would donate on your behalf (for a max of 10 times). You earned a special calling card for hitting max money. This year, there’s an entire event with even more rewards along with an all new operator bundle!
WARRIOR OPERATOR
The first bundle exclusive to MW3 is the COD Endowment Warrior Pack! This bundle costs 9.99$ USD and all proceeds go towards the COD Endowment Charity! Here’s everything you get with this bundle:

HOW TO UNLOCK THE REWARDS
Speaking of progressing through the event; you earn rewards at different tiers of the event! It works exactly like the Battle Pass does! Every time you earn XP, you earn progress towards the event!
The event was supposed to release November 15th, but was delayed until further notice. There’s no explanation as to why, but hopefully it returns soon.
