Modern Warfare 3 is celebrating the long awaited release of Warzone Mobile on March 21st through the Operation Day Zero event. The MW3 Operation Day Zero event will feature various challenges and rewards tied to Warzone Mobile. Players can unlock operator skins and various cosmetics for use in MWIII, Warzone and Warzone Mobile in Operation Day Zero! Here’s everything we know:
Operation Day Zero Release Date
During the COD NEXT event, Warzone Mobile is slated to release in Spring 2024, which aligns with Season 3 of Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. The Operation Day Zero event is confirmed to begin on Friday, March 22nd. This event will offer rewards for MW3 and Warzone, which ends on April 3rd at 9am PT.
Operation Day Zero Zones and Event Points
Warzone Mobile is receiving two sets of challenges as apart of Operation Day Zero. Players will need to complete various tasks while within certain zones of Verdansk and the entirety of Rebirth to earn Event Points (EP). Different zones will unlock as the community hits new milestones.
At random points of a match, a Day Zero supply box will spawn in, similar to a loadout which contains cash, XP and event points.
Event points are earned on a smaller scale while earning XP in Warzone Mobile Multiplayer, but can be unlocked by doing the following inside of Warzone Mobile Battle Royale or Resurgence:
- Opening a Supply Box or Day Zero Supply Drop.
- Eliminating an enemy player.
- Completing a Contract.
- Using a Killstreak.
- Landing a headshot.
- Purchasing items from Buy Stations.
Operation Day Zero Community Rewards
These rewards are fully transferable into Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. Players will need to wait until the event concludes before the rewards can be claimed:
- “Gilded Devil King” Large Decal: Clear Zone 1
- “Scorched Beginnings” Animated Calling Card: Clear Zone 2
- “Golden Blaze” Emblem: Clear Zone 3
- “Golden Flame” X12 Weapon Blueprint: Clear Zone 4
- “Heavy Thunder” M4 Weapon Blueprint: Clear Zone 5
- “Golden Phantom” Ghost Operator Skin: Clear Zone 6
Operation Day Zero Individual Rewards
As opposed to prior community driven events, a player’s individual contributions towards the community milestones will unlock a separate set of rewards:

- · “Nightmare Rift” Calling Card
- · “Forsaken Past” Emblem
- · “Tearing Me Apart” Sticker
- · “Demon’s Claw” Combat Knife Weapon Blueprint
- · “Last Word” Charm

- · “Nightmare Inferno” Large Decal
- · “Crimson Prince” X12 Weapon Blueprint
- · “Vengeful Devil King” Large Decal
