Black Ops 6 Season 3 is adding in several classic weapons from MW2019 in preparation for the return of Verdansk! Surprisingly, the Grau isn’t returning as a standalone weapon like the Kilo or HDR, but will instead be a conversion kit for a similar weapon that’s already in Black Ops 6. Here’s how to unlock the NEW Grau!
All Returning Weapons
In Season 3, fans can expect the following DLC weapons which are derived from Modern Warfare (2019).
- Kilo 141 (Login Reward)
- HDR Sniper (Battlepass)
- CR-56 AMAX (Battlepass)
- Kali Sticks (Event Reward)
- Grau (Conversion Kit)
Grau Conversion Kit Explained
Unlike other Modern Warfare weapons, the grau will be a conversion kit for the Swat 5.56 marksman rifle which is already considered a 90s era take on that weapon.
Developers on the recent COD POD promised it’ll allow the Swat to function very identical to the original grau.
How to Unlock The Grau
Players will find the Grau conversion kit on page 5 of the Season 3 Battlepass. Once acquired, players can equip the kit in the gunsmith under the Swat’s conversion kit category.
The Swat 5.56 will now have decreased range and damage output but increased handling, mobility and accuracy. Barrels are restricted but a 50 round extended mag is included.
