Despite the several months that Area 99 has been live, an Easter egg where players can trigger a nuke explosion hadn’t been uncovered. In true Nuketown fashion, mannequin heads need to be shot as apart of the first Black Ops 6 Warzone quest which got added in November. Here’s how to complete the Area 99 nuke testing Easter egg!

Finding All 12 Mannequins
Located around the mannequin assembly POI, players will notice clothed mannequins whose heads can be shot off, similar to the Nuketown Easter Egg.

Only 12 clothed mannequins can be shot, but can spawn in upwards of 25 unique locations per match.
Looting Credentials
Once all 12 mannequin heads have been shot, a sound cue can be heard which indicates the player can head to the reactor building.

Two highlighted bodies will be on the floor near the middle of the room, both of which contain credential keycards.
Two different players on your squad will each need to acquire a keycard and take them to the test site.
Launching The Nukes
In quick succession, both players need to interact with the terminals located in the underground bunker at the test site.

Once both players have activated the nukes, everyone in the match will put their hands up as several explosions set off in the distance.

Sadly, there isn’t a reward for completing the Easter egg, nor does the map actually explode.
THE END
That’s how to complete one of the longest unsolved Easter eggs in Call of Duty history! Hopefully Warzone quests continue to be added in the future
