The first Campaign Mission in the Modern Warfare 3 (2023) Campaign is Operation 627. Early Access MWIII Campaign is Available to play on ALL Platforms starting November 2nd at 10am PT, 12pm CT, and 1pm ET. Here’s a FULL Gameplay Walkthrough of Operation 627 in the MW3 Campaign:

GAMEPLAY WALKTHROUGH
The mission begins in a submarine. Your team is being sent to rescue a prisoner by the prison number “627” from the Verdansk Prison. Your team ascends from the water and rappels up the prison; killing any guards you spot along the way. Then, after turning on your nightvision, you make your way down some scaffolding and create a distraction that causes your team to go loud and dwell deeper into the prison.
Once in there, you need to fight your way to the main prison corridor where you’ll then turn off the lights and rappel down to the bottom floor. Once there, you’ll need to make your way to a jailcell door and blow it open. You’ll then be revealed that Prisoner 627 is Makarov, and you’re breaking him out of the Gulag.
After breaking out Makarov, you’ll get a little dialogue between Ivan, Nolan, Makarov, and other Konni operatives:
Now, you’ll have to fight your way out of the gulag: first by going through locker rooms, then on an elevator. You’ll then get a dialogue option with Makarov: Neither, The Guards, or The Prisoners. Once you leave the elevator, you’re back in the prison courtyard where you’ll need to make a quick exit away. There will be a prison tower shooting you and a ton of enemies on the ground, just avoid gunfire and proceed forward.
Once you make it to the prison drawbridge, you’ll be ambushed by a helicopter. Makarov will open a door you’ll need to go through that’ll lead you to the side of the landscape. Go to the end of the path and jump into the water. There will be a cutscene where you’ll climb into a boat and Makarov will help you up. Your team will then escape with Makarov intact.
