The 9th Campaign Mission in the Modern Warfare 3 (2023) Campaign is Oligarch. Early Access MWIII Campaign is Available to play on ALL Platforms starting November 2nd at 10am PT, 12pm CT, and 1pm ET. Here’s a FULL Gameplay Walkthrough of Oligarch in the MW3 Campaign:

GAMEPLAY WALKTHROUGH
The mission starts with TF-141 discussing the mission. Ghost and Soap are going to infiltrate a private island where Makarov’s funder is located. They must steal his FOB-Key. Laswell and Ghost will talk with you this mission. NOTE: This is an Open Combat Mission. However you decide to complete the mission is up to you.
You need to make your way to the HVI while either avoiding, or killing every Konni troop on the island. There are some gear you can obtain right as you surface on one side of the island, so we recommend finding this shoreline and grabbing the loot.
Once you’ve obtained the FOB-Key: make your way to the bunker on the island and open it. There’s a security building you need to enter enable to open the bunker, and once it’s opened you must make your way into the bunker. You will need to clear the bunker before you can access the terminal. You will then need a biometric scan to further access the terminal, so you must now regroup with Ghost to kidnap a girl named Milena. Enter the house and make your way to Milena either by fighting or sneaking. Ghost will need to turn off the power so you can get to Milena, this will just take time, so stay put and survive.
Once you reach Milena, Soap and Ghost will try and get her to talk. Soap is nice about it, but Ghost is fierce. Once she gives her hand print for the laptop, they discovered that she funded Makarov’s escape from the Gulag. They then transfer money from Makarov’s account to a CIA account where Milena lets slip that they just robbed from Makarov’s future. Once Ghost takes over, it scares Milena to disclose where Makarov is located.
