FIRST DETAILS ON THE MODERN WARFARE 3 REVEAL TRAILER EVENT
With the Roadmap announcement of MW2 Season 5, we got the confirmation that Call of Duty 2023 (Modern Warfare 3) will have a reveal event in Season 5 via a limited time in-game event. Soon, the community will get their first look at Modern Warfare 3. Here’s what you need to know:
EVENT HAPPENING IN DMZ
It’s been no secret that the next Call of Duty will be Modern Warfare 3, especially since Monster Energy accidentally showed us the logo recently.
It’s also been rumored for a while that the reveal event would be in Season 5, and now we know that’s a certainty. Although, instead of using Warzone to reveal the next title like in previous years, they will use DMZ as the rumors say via MWIIINTEL on Twitter:
It appears we will be fighting the new “Konni” faction alongside “Shadow Company” to stop the transfer of some sort of chemical gas canisters in Zaya Observatory. This could cause A LOT of destruction to the Observatory itself as seen in the Season 5 Promo Art. The event is rumored for early August.
PREVIOUS EVENTS
As mentioned previously, Warzone was used to reveal Vanguard and Black Ops Cold War, but was never used for MWII. Both events were quite fun, so the expectations are high for this one!
