Modern Warfare 3 was just officially announced by Call of Duty. MW3 will release on November 10th as confirmed by the official Call of Duty account after the Modern Warfare III marketing they did with creators yesterday for MWIII. Here’s what you need to know:
CONFIRMATIONS
No more speculation… the Call of Duty title for 2023 is, OFFICIALLY, Modern Warfare III. In this new trailer, we get the confirmation that Barry Sloane is returning to play Captain Price, a fan-favorite throughout Call of Duty.
That’s not all though… we ALSO got the confirmation of MAKAROV as well as our first glimpse of what he looks like and sounds like!
DEVELOPER CONFIRMATION
Sledgehammer Games tweeted out the reveal trailer, confirming that they are the developer for this year’s release!
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
So far, it looks like all the rumored dates that have come out about MW3 have been true. Before it was rumored that the in-game reveal would’ve been in August (which is now coming August 17th) and the release date would be November 10th (which is confirmed). It’s worth keeping an eye out on DETONATED for any further details on MW3.
It appears we get an event teaser too! There was a phone number you could text in the new reveal trailer that would lead you through a conversation that ends with the above image!
We also got a slight confirmation that the event will happen on the 17th after Call of Duty replied to MrDalekJD!
