How to Complete the Illicit Cargo Event in Black Ops 7 & Warzone Season 4

With the release of Call to Duty: Black Ops 7’s 4th Season coming on June 4th, the first event has been revealed! The ‘Illicit Cargo’ Event will be HUGE for Camo fans in Black Ops 7 & Warzone. This event will be bringing back fan favorite animated & static camos from Black Ops 3, including the heavily requested Cherry Fizz camo. Today, we’re going to go over the ‘Illicit Cargo’ Event, including all camo rewards, all challenges, & the subsequent modes you’ll need to complete them in here in BO7 & Warzone Season 4. Here’s what you need to know:

The Illicit Cargo Event in Black Ops 7 Season 4

The ‘Illicit Cargo’ event serves to be a notable event in the lineup for Season 4. Similar to the ‘Escalation Directive’ Event, this event is camo focused, with a multitude of camos for players to earn. You can even unlock a new weapon through this event! You will need to complete individual Weapon Class challenges in order to progress & earn specific weapon class camos.

As an example, if you’re playing Multiplayer, you’ll need to complete individual Weapon Class challenges for the following classes:

Assault Rifles
SMGs
LMGs
Marksman Rifles
Sniper Rifles
Pistols
Specials
Melees

Once you’ve completed the challenges for all weapon classes in a mode, you’ll earn the Mode Mastery Animated Camo. Each mode will have exclusive set of weapon classes challenges across all modes, so you’ll need to play every mode to earn the event mastery rewards & fully complete the event. Once you’ve earned all 4 Mode Mastery Camos, you’ll unlock the weapon & event Mastery Camo.

All ‘Illicit Cargo’ Rewards in Black Ops 7 Season 4

Within this MASSIVE event, there are 8 main camos in total that you can earn by progression of challenges for weapon classes. Four of these camos are static, & the other four camos are Animated. These are the camos you can earn, the modes you can earn them in, & the challenges you need to complete:

Endgame

(Static) Camo – ??
- Assault Rifles
  - Get 300 Eliminations with Rare or Higher Rarity Assault Rifles
- SMGs
  - In Endgame: use SMGs to Eliminate 200 Zone III or higher enemies
- LMGs
  - Use LMGs to Eliminate 25 Special or Elite enemies
- Shotguns
  - Get 100 Point Blank Kills with Shotguns
- Marksman Rifles
  - With a 4.0x or higher magnification Optic equipped: get 50 Eliminations with Marksman Rifles
- Sniper Rifles
  - Get 100 Critical Kills with Sniper Rifles
- Pistols
  - Use Pistols to Eliminate 100 Fear Enemies
- Launchers/Special Weapons
  - In Endgame: use Launchers or Special Weapons to Eliminate 30 enemies inside Command Centers
- Melees
  - In Endgame: get 100 Eliminations with Melee Weapons while at Combat Rating 40 or higher

  - Use an Assault Rifle to Kill an enemy affected by your Tactical or non-lethal Scorestreak 50 times
- SMGs
  - Get a Kill with an SMG while or shortly after sliding, diving, or wall jumping 25 times
- LMGs
  - Get 30 Headshots with LMGs
- Shotguns
  - Earn 10 Double Kill Medals or better (2 rapid Kills) with Shotguns
- Marksman Rifles
  - Get 3 Kills without reloading 5 times with Marksman Rifles

  - Get 15 Objective Kills with Sniper Rifles

  - With an Akimbo Attachment equipped: get 30 Eliminations with Pistols

For those who complete the event (earning all static camos available), you’ll unlock the VX Compact Assault Rifle.

Ultra Secret Mastery Reward – Cherry Fizz Animated Camo

For full completion of the event (going a step further & earning all available static & camo camo rewards), you’ll be able to earn the Event Mastery Animated Camo. This will be the long awaited & highly requested Cherry Fizz Animated Camo!
