Fans have speculated for years on Residents Evil collaborating with Call of Duty, and with the recent success of the Resident Evil X Dead By Daylight crossover, without a doubt Call of Duty collaborating with Resident Evil will be a successful hit given the popularity of both franchises. Call of Duty x Resident Evil Crossover
A leaker on Twitter @craszhfty has claimed Resident Evil will be doing a crossover soon with Cod Mobile and possibly with the the main premium games (likely Black Ops 6 & WZ) on Console & PC.
It’s unclear when the crossover will be releasing but the appropriate time would be during the haunting event in Season 6.
Additionally, the official COD Mobile Youtube Channel hearted on comment on their most recent ‘Nier: Automata’ Crossover Trailer, giving a partial response to a fan about a potential Resident Evil Crossover. Now what this means at the moment is unclear, but the key takeaway is that either COD Mobile is hinting at a future collaboration, or they simple want it to happen as well.
It’s highly unlikely the crossover is only for COD Mobile considering Activision knows a Resident Evil bundle or a Battle Pass theme featuring Leon S. Kennedy or Ada Wong will make millions for the premium titles like Black Ops 6 or Warzone.

Season 6 of Call of Duty has always been themed around the Haunting Event so what perfect time to do a crossover evolving around Resident Evil?
Activision usually does their biggest crossovers during Season 6 of the Haunting. Examples include, Halloween, Scream, Terrifier, & Evil Dead.

The Main Protagonist in, RE2, RE4, & RE6. RPD outfits could include Resident Evil 2 variant & Resident Evil 4.
- Jill Valentine
The Main Protagonist in RE1, RE3, & 5. RE3. Outfits could include RE3 remake variant, both S.T.A.R.S uniforms and post-outbreak outfits
- Chris Redfield
The Main Protagonist in RE1. RE5, & RE8, outfits could include, BSAA tactical gear from RE5 or RE8 Village
- Ada Wong
The Supporting Character of RE2, RE4, & RE6. Her outfits could include, her iconic red dress (or tactical version) with spy gadgets
- Albert Wesker
The Main Antagonist of Resident Evil. Outfits could include, his iconic black trench coat and sunglasses— menacing and clean-cut.
POTENTIAL CONTENT AND LTM’S ADDED FOR THE CROSSOVER
The potential crossover inside of Black Ops 6 & Warzone could add Limited Timed Modes relating to Resident Evil’s gameplay style such as reskinned enemies, or challenge events with themed awards.
It’s likely there will be multiple Resident Evil-themed bundles added into the game or even a battlepass fully themed with RE cosmetics.
