The World Series of Warzone has been announced for a 2024 Season! With the release of Modern Warfare 3 came a Warzone experience shortly after that’s been keeping players engaged, especially after a successful Ranked Resurgence playlist for MW3’s version of Warzone. Today, we’re going to tell you everything you need to know about the 2024 World Series of Warzone. You’ll learn how to sign up. qualify, what to expect for the event, and the prizing earned from the 2024 World Series of Warzone! Here’s everything you need to know:
HOW TO ENTER
Signing up for the World Series of Warzone is really easy! You’ll need two eligible teammates, and all three of you will need to sign up on FACEIT. As soon as you click the link, in the top right of the page will be a button to “Join Now”; follow the instructions to complete the sign-up!
HOW TO QUALIFY
The competition window spans 5/24-5/26 at NA & EMEA: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4:00PM – 10:00 PM UTC) each day. There will be a “WSOW” playlist in Warzone that you’ll be able to access. You and your teammates will NEED to play in that playlist to qualify.
Each trios’ score will consist of their best 10 scoring matches utilizing WSOW scoring. Only matches that begin during the competition windows and played with your registered squadmates will count, so make sure your squadmates don’t drop out! The top 68 trios in each region will be eligible to be invited to the WSOW Group Stage Qualifiers.
In order to participate, qualify, and advance in the World Series of Warzone competition, you must have FACEIT and Activision accounts in good standing and meet all eligibility requirements. Make sure those accounts are accurate!
WHEN ARE QUALIFIERS?
The top 68 trios in each region will be eligible to be invited to the WSOW Group Stage Qualifiers!
- EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, & AFRICA
- 6/4 – 6/12 | 4 AM – 9 AM PT
- NORTH AMERICA
- 6/4 – 6/12 | 10 AM – 3 PM PT
Qualifiers will run a tournament style bracket where 17 trios spread out between 5 groups will fight to continue in the bracket.
Each kill earned counts as 1 point with the ability to earn more points through placements:
- 1ST | 2x Points
- 2ND – 5TH | 1.8x Points
- 6TH – 10TH | 1.6x Points
- 11TH – 15TH | 1.4x Points
- 16TH – 25TH | 1.2x Points
- 26TH – 34TH | 1x Points
It appears that if the Top 10 make it to the Global Final, they will participate in the Solo Yolo challenge before the main event in Urzikstan.
“For this year’s main event, we are excited to introduce Call of Duty Warzone Match Point as the win condition to elevate the excitement of the final drops. In Call of Duty Warzone Match Point, teams will battle it out to surpass a certain points threshold to become match-point eligible. Match-point eligible squads must then navigate the lobby mayhem to secure a first-place map finish before they can claim the title of WSOW Champion Squad.”

RULES
The rules for the World Series of Warzone are as follows:
- WSOW Trios competitive settings
- World Series of Warzone will feature a twist on the Battle Royale trios format with competitive settings that closely mirror those found in Ranked Resurgence. The following additional changes have been made:
