MW3 & Warzone Season 3 begins on April 3rd, at 9am PT, 11am CT, 12pm EST. Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is here and with it comes new content for Warzone Mobile! In Season 3 of Warzone Mobile we are granted access to new gamemodes, maps, and other features! Ready to see what’s in store for Season 3 of Warzone Mobile? Here’s what you need to know:
CONTENT TRANSFER
It’s been confirmed that the following content will transfer from MW3 Season 3 into Warzone Mobile on April 3rd:
- Three of the four new Base Weapons (Free Tiers in the Battle Pass)*.
- Eight new Aftermarket Parts (Free in the Arsenal Store throughout the season).
- BlackCell content (purchase in MWIII, WZ or WZM, and progress in any of those games).
- Battle Pass content (purchase in MWIII, WZ or WZM, and progress in any of those games).
- New Operators (Stasis, Makarov, Snoop Dogg, Banshee, Hush).
- New Store offerings and Bundles.
- Four Weekly Events, designed for WZM.
- Season 3 Prestige Levels (10, 11, 12, and 13) as well as past Prestige Levels.
NEW GAMEMODES
The official Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 blogpost confirmed the following new modes in Warzone Mobile Battle Royale and Multiplayer. An AD on Youtube also confirmed the return of Search & Destroy, which was previously available during the limited region tests last year.
PLUNDER
Returning from classic Verdansk, Plunder is being added to Warzone Mobile on April 3rd. The mode will have a money cap at $2 Million, whereas the original was only one million dollars. The rules are the same, as players are allowed to spawn in with their loadout.
BUY BACK ROYALE
Also seen during the original Warzone’s life cycle, buy back royale is a mode where there isn’t a gulag, but the ability to buy teammates back is allowed only if the player didn’t use their free second chance respawn. On solo, players can only respawn once for free.
NEW FEATURES
A number of new features were also confirmed for Warzone Mobile Season 3. Sadly, it appears the mode has to play catch up with mainline Warzone, as neither the MW3 integration or mechanics have been implemented on mobile.
UAV TOWERS
THE KEEP
Also known as “Lucky Draws” from COD Mobile, the Keep feature will allow players to gamble their COD Points for a chance to unlock various cosmetics, some of which are exclusive to Warzone Mobile while others can be transferred to Modern Warfare 3.
Various weekly events will push a refresh of rewards to The Keep throughout Season 3. These events include but aren’t limited to:
Week 1 Event: The Recruit (WZM) Launch, April 3 to 10

Week 2 Event: The Assassin (WZM) Launch Window, April 11 to 17

NEW CONTENT
Rust From Modern Warfare (2019) is set to launch inside Warzone Mobile Multiplayer on April 3rd. It’s expected to see additional maps added to the map pool, as the current Multiplayer only offers a handful of maps/
GAMEPLAY
The official Warzone Mobile Youtube Channel released a gameplay trailer for Season 3, depicting all the content listed above, including a look at upcoming cosmetics and mastercrafts that may be exclusive to The Keep.
