This decision was made as the current Warzone experience (previously Warzone 2.0) moves forward and thus will require all hands-on-deck. Therefore, Warzone Caldera being shut down will NOT impact the current Warzone experience.
All inventories, player progression, and the map of Caldera will be wiped on September 21st, however, anything previously purchased for Modern Warfare 2019, Black Ops Cold War, and Vanguard will still be available for their respective titles and can still be purchased via their respective shops. Warzone Caldera is the second Call of Duty title to have it’s servers shut down following Call of Duty Online.
