Season 4 Reloaded brought players the end of the Raid Episodes for Modern Warfare 2! Farah, Alex, and Price finally confront Hadir. Here’s what happened in this shocking finale:
FULL CUTSCENE AND BREAKDOWN
In the cutscene, after destroying the elevator, Hadir is severely wounded. Farah, Price, and Alex confront him.
Hadir begs Farah to use the Warhead, but she refuses. Hadir brings up somebody who wants the Warhead more than him.
Price tries to push the information out of him. Hadir calls them “the real Russians” and before he can reveal the name of who, Hadir dies.
Farah has her emotional moment with a tear coming out of her eye. They then go to the surface for exfil.
They package up the Warhead and Gaz talks with the crew as they all leave the site and exfil. Completing the epic Raid Saga. Hadir never said it, but he was most likely going to say “Makarov” since he was name-dropped at the end of the MW2 Campaign. MW3 looks exciting if believed to be true!
WHAT IT MEANS FOR COD 2023
With Hadir dead and teasing a larger villain coming very soon, we can only imagine this will be the main villain for COD 2023. It will be interesting to see where Farah’s character goes after this, will she mourn his death and let it haunt her or move on the focus on the task at hand? I feel our questions will be answered as marketing starts to kick off for the rumored “Modern Warfare 3” title releasing in November of this year.
Are you sad that Raids are over? Hopefully they return in some form in COD 2023!
