Finding The Secret Weapon Container
There’s a new Easter Egg within the Warzone map, Vondel. Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 added Vondel, a mid sized map that supports both Battle Royale and Resurgence playlists. Fans discovered a hidden weapons container which can spawn in one of six locations on Vondel. There currently isn’t a way to know where the container spawns when you load into a match, so you’ll have to go to each point of interest to check. The container spawns in both Battle Royale and Resurgence. These are the list of locations where the weapon container can spawn:
- Fire Station
- Central Station
- Cruise Terminal
- Windmill
- Mall
- University
Destroying The Five Sensors to Disable Security
You must now shoot five different security censors which are located close to the container. Four of them we’re located outside, while one was located on the ceiling inside the Fire Department. The security censors always spawn in the same locations of the point of interest where the container, meaning you’ll always shoot the same censors as I do if your container spawns at Fire Department.
The Rewards For Opening The Container
Upon completing that match of Vondel, you won’t unlock the blueprints you picked up, but the bonus loot could serve as a boost while you wait to get your loadout. Once all censors have been shot, you can now enter the container where you’ll find the following rewards:
- Four Weapon Blueprints
- 1 UAV
- 2 Field Upgrades (Ammo & Armor Box
- Map of All Container Spawns
