Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is releasing another Vortex challenge event just ahead of the reloaded update. The MW3 Vortex Vi.Rus Earth XP event is set to release on April 24th in Multiplayer, Warzone and Zombies. Players can earn an XP boost for running the new Bacillus Skin from the Tracer Pack: Horsemen: Vi.Rus pack. NEW SEASON 3 VORTEX PLAYLIST
Throughout the first two seasons of Modern Warfare 3, Multiplayer received the limited time vortex playlists, featuring remixes of fan favorite maps such as Scrapyard, Rust and even Terminal.
While players were able to jump into popular modes like Kill Confirmed and Hardpoint, a Ray Gun LTM was playable in the first season allowing one operator the chance to use the infamous Zombies wonder weapon.
SEASON 3 ARCADE MODE
Activision confirmed that in the Season 3 vortex playlist, there won’t be a new map remix but instead the opportunity to play familiar modes as well as a new arcade experience.
The new arcade mode is set to feature several gameplay modifiers, which is likely similar to the Havoc mode that released for MW2 (2022) last year.
NEW HORSEMEN VI.RUS ULTRA SKIN BUNDLE
Players who equip the bacillus skin from the Vi.Rus ultra skin bundle will receive an XP boost towards progression of the Vi.Rus mainframe challenge event. The content of the new horsemen bundle can be previewed below:
