The MW3 and Warzone St Patrick’s Day event is set to begin before Sunday, March 17th. Call of Duty is celebrating St Patty’s day once again, through a new bundle, free unlockable camo and even more. Modern Warfare III and Warzone may add pots of gold to various modes, containing valuable loot. MWIII is celebrating St Patrick’s Day in Season 2 Reloaded, as many previous titles have in the past. Here’s everything we know about the Modern Warfare III and Warzone St Patty’s event:
A Long History of St Patrick’s Day Events
Call of Duty has been known to host various events for the holidays, especially St Patrick’s Day. Most notably, the St Patty’s event in World War 2 (2017) offered fans the chance to instantly earn all streaks in Multiplayer after killing a leprechaun.
A few titles have replaced the dog tags in kill confirmed with four leaf clovers, while we’ve always been guaranteed a St Patty’s themed tracer bundle in the item shop.
One Shot Lucky Sniper
A surprise update in Warzone last year added a lucky one shot sniper blueprint, which you were only able to use in Battle Royale, Warzone and DMZ. Pots of gold could also be found at the end of a rainbow which spawned in all Warzone experiences, allowing for a quick regain of valuable loot.
With Warzone being in a strong place for the community as of now, it’s likely that Raven brings back the lucky one shot sniper or pots of gold on new maps like Fortunes Keep or Urzikstan. Zombies players would love to see the St Patty’s sniper added to Operation Deadbolt as well.
NEW Operator Skin Bundle
It’s not a surprise that a St Patrick’s day bundle has leaked for MW3 Season 2 Reloaded. The pack sadly doesn’t contain any tracers like previous St Patty’s bundles, but there is an operator skin, two blueprints and various themed cosmetics. Here’s everything included:

NEW St Patrick’s Day Camo
Apart from the MW3 St Patty’s bundle, a free universal camo has also been found which doesn’t appear to be tied to any event. The camo currently doesn’t have a name, but it may be released via a surprise challenge event, a free gift pack or another method entirely.
Season 2 Reloaded for MWIII and Warzone is already jam packed with challenge events, so it’s unclear where a St Patrick’s one would fit in. With the holiday being on March 17th, it’s likely this Camo will be dropped shortly before Sunday.
