The Multiplayer Reveal Trailer for Modern Warfare 3 has officially released, showing us our first look at MW3’s multiplayer, HUD, maps, and more! We also got a Beta Trailer for Modern Warfare III’s Multiplayer that reveals the maps we will get to play on October 6th! Are you ready for MWIII? Here’s what you need to know:
BETA & MULTIPLAYER TRAILER
We got two trailers of which revealed portions of MW3’s Multiplayer. Both trailers feature iconic MW2 (2009) maps and firefights on each! The key difference is one is purely to show what MW3’s MP will have, and the other is purely to inform you on what maps will be in the beta and when!
Starting off with the MP trailer; we were shown:
- 16 Iconic Maps from MW2 (2009) such as – Rust, Favela, Terminal, and more!
- Ground War sneak peak (possibly War too!)
- New Operators & New Operator Skins
- New Blueprints
- Vault Edition Blueprints and Skins
- Slide-canceling
- HUD
- EMP streak
- & much more!
Up next, the beta trailer. This was released by PlayStation and gives us details on what maps will be coming during the beta:
- Favela
- Rust
- Skidrow
- Estate
- Highrise (Weekend 2 ONLY)
Don’t forget you can use the Vault Edition items such as the Weapon Vaults and Operator Skins! The beta will release on October 6th for Weekend 1 which will be PlayStation ONLY, and Weekend 2 will be all platforms the following weekend!

If you’re on PlayStation, you can preload to MW3 Beta right now! It’s 25gb in size, and divided into 2 separate packs that add onto COD HQ!
