MW3 & Warzone Season 3 begins on April 3rd, at 9am PT, 11am CT, 12pm EST. Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is here and with it comes tons of new events with new rewards to earn in Modern Warfare III and Warzone. Today, we will go over the newest event and their rewards that you can use and earn in MW3! Ready to see what’s next for MWIII? Here’s what you need to know:
THE 4/20 EVENT RELEASE DATE
While 4/20 isn’t until Saturday, it appears Wednesday April 10th will kick off the beginning of the challenge event within Modern Warfare 3.
The Growhouse 24/7 playlist timer confirms April 10th as the launch date, while the battlepass timer reflects a challenge event also begins this Wednesday.
NEW 4/20 MAP UPDATE
Season 3 is adding several 6v6 Multiplayer maps, including Grow House which is a reimagining of Sphere from Call of Duty Vanguard. The map is currently available to play in private matches.
In the recent Season 3 creator call, Sledgehammer confirmed a 4/20 event was originally planned and cut for Vanguard, which resulted in the map’s aesthetic being changed to Sphere.
NEW G3T H1GH LTM
Similar to Free Run from Black Ops 3, a parkour experience is coming to MW3, which appears to imply the player is absolutely cooked for 4/20.

Gameplay has already surfaced of this map as the usual Twitter leakers revealed it shortly after Season 3 released. The G3T H1GH map is likely releasing later this week.

BLAZE UP CHALLENGE EVENT
Exclusive to Modern Warfare 3, a challenge event called Blaze Up is scheduled to launch on April 10th, allowing players to unlock an animated blueprint.

HIGH TRIP LIMITED TIME MODE
According to leaks, Warzone is getting an exclusive playlist to celebrate 4/20, currently named High Trip. Players will need to collect gummies to sharpen their senses and gain power ups.

Some challenges tied to the new resurgence mode include:
WARZONE
- Reduce The Resurgence Timer For a Total of 100 Seconds
- In a single match, trade 2 keycards from a biometric scanner at a buy station
- Open 20 Loot Caches in a Single Resurgence Match On Rebirth Island
- Activate The Boat Horn Near The Factory On Rebirth Island
- Use Squad Rage On All Your Teammates At Once
- Complete 5 Spy Drone Contracts
- During Infil or Redeploy Land in The Gondola Using The Parachute On Rebirth Island
- Eliminate 8 Players While Having an Active Power Up Gummy in High Trip Resurgence
- Have All Four Power Up Gummies Active At Once in High Trip Resurgence
- Collect 50 Gummies in High Trip Resurgence
- Buy 4 Players Back From The Buy Station in Resurgence
ALL BLAZE UP EVENT REWARDS
It appears there’s a total of 11 different rewards for the Blaze Up event. Players have the choice of unlocking each reward in either of the 3 modes.

The Mastery reward for the Blaze UP event will be the “Daymares” Blueprint for the Wsp Swarm. This will be awarded to you via completion of all challenges within the event.
