HOW TO UNLOCK FREE HIP HOP WAR TRACKS IN MODERN WARFARE 2 & WARZONE

Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone Season 5 is celebrating 50 years of hip hop by adding in free war tracks featuring over 16 songs from the 80s to the 2000s.

The Hip Hop War Tracks in Season 5

To celebrate 50 years of hip hop, Call of Duty is not only adding in several artists as operators. but free war tracks are being released from August 7th to August 16th. Players will need to login during four different calendar days during that period to claim their three free tracks and a weapon blueprint. The songs featured in each war track are as follows:

War Track 1

HOW TO UNLOCK FREE HIP HOP WAR TRACKS

Players will need to head over to their launcher menu in Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone, either by clicking F1 (PC), or Start (Playstation and Xbox). Once in the launcher menu, there’s a daily login reward box in the bottom right which will show you the hip hop war tracks. You’ll have to log into the game on four DIFFERENT calendar days between August 7th and August 16th to claim the war tracks and battle rifle bluprint.

HOW TO USE WAR TRACKS IN MW2 & WARZONE

Once a player is in either the Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone, they’ll have to navigate to ‘Customize’ at the top, then vehicles, followed by customize underneath the vehicle of their choice. Once done, players will see war tracks you can toggle to at the top of their screen, in which they can select any and all music they’ve unlocked. Only one War Track can be equipped at a time for a specific vehicle.
