Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 had ‘Officer Dick’ as an unlockable Secret Skater, and 3+4 has his brother from another mother, Constable Richard, ready to be shred with! Here’s how to unlock Constable Richard fast and easy in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4:
Unlocking Constable Richard Made Easy
Unlike his American counterpart, Constable Richard’s unlock requirements are more in line with the Alien unlockable Skater from 1+2. In this game, you also need to find a total of 18 hidden Panda Plushies across all of the levels.

Each level has a total of 1 hidden Panda plushie, and unlike the Iron Galaxy Logos and Secret Tapes, these do not float nor glow, making them the hardest to get collectible in the game to date, but worry not, we’ve got you covered with each of their locations!
TONY HAWK’S PRO SKATER 3 TOUR PANDA PLUSHIES:
- Foundry: Head over to the Secret Tape section of the map, then jump onto the upper platform to end up on a secret ramp. From here, simply navigate over to the far left of the ramp and find the first Panda Plushie on top of it, in the corner.
- Canada: At spawn, simply turn around and skate past the bully to the middle section of the ‘open’ area there. Right in the middle, you can see a large tree, jump onto it, and tucked against the tree, you can find the second Panda Plushie.
- Rio: Look for a small fountain on the sides of the map, and once you spot it, skate toward it. On the left side, there will be a wall with bushes. Jump into the bushes, and you will find the third Panda Plushie.
- Suburbia: Unlock the Haunted House first, then navigate over to it. It’s located right on the ledge of a corner when you jump over the back of the Haunted House, making this fourth Panda Plushie an easy find.
- Airport: Skate all the way down until you find the main hall and Gates, the same area where all the flags are hanging from the rails. The fifth Panda Plushie is hidden right behind the Departures TV screen at Gate C2 in Tokyo. To get to it, grind the rails and then jump your way over to the back of the TV screen.
- Skater Island: Go over to the outside part with the pirate ship. In front of the pirate ship, there is a stranded, overturned boat on the left. Skate over to it and approach it from the left to find your sixth Panda Plushie right in front of it.
- Los Angeles: First, you need to grind the ‘’They’re Grate’’ rail at the back of the big bank building to remove the grates covering the underneath section of the ramp there. Once done, drop down there to find the seventh Panda Plushie between both ramps on the floor, awaiting your collection.
- Tokyo: This one is by far the hardest to collect. First, you need to open up the Secret area and then skate into it. Once there, drop down and immediately turn right. Make another right and on the upper section, there start grinding, halfway you will spot a platform on the left side. That platform holds your eighth Panda Plushie
- Cruise Ship: Skate over to the Port side of the ship, where the bushes and one of the Skaters that needs to be impressed are located. Grind up to the bushes and find your ninth Panda Plushie on the second bed of bushes.

TONY HAWK’S PRO SKATER 4 TOUR PANDA PLUSHIES:
- College: On the same street where the Frat house is located, you can also find a Yeti store. The tenth Panda Plushie is right on top of the Yeti building. The easiest way to reach it is to grind the flag rail from the car park over to it and then jump onto the roof.
- San Francisco: Skate over to the Pier 12 building, the same one that has the mailman NPC struggling to get its package, and jump onto the roof. Right in between the skylights is where your eleventh Panda Plushie is.
- Movie Set: At spawn, skate forward and jump into the green Pool Ramp on the left side. From there, grind over the rail and jump onto the small construction jetty on the right to collect your eleventh Panda Plushie.
- Alcatraz: This is one of the annoying locations. Navigate over to the rooftop of the Alcatraz prison building, then grind over the water tower over to the Smoke Stack. Time your jump right and land onto the platform or guard rail of the Smoke Stack to get your twelfth Panda Plushie!
- Waterpark: Right at spawn, jump down the right over the railing and skate all the way forward until you reach the big, red bucket near the sunken pirate ship. Your thirteenth Panda Plushie is waiting for you on the platform right behind it.
- Kona: Skate all the way over to the left and find the red and black colored Powell Peralta tent. The fourteenth Panda Plushie is hiding behind the dumpster down the small hill there.
- Shipyard: Yet another annoying spot to get to. Right at spawn, turn left and make your way over to the rooftop of the middle building of the map. Once there, jump over to the other rooftop, where the Secret Tape usually hovers, and then jump onto the platform on the right. Follow the platform and once there, keep going, then make a right to get onto a small hidden pool ramp. From there, jump over to the power supply structure to collect your fifteenth Panda Plushie.
- London: Skate over to the underground parking lot section of the level, the sixteenth Panda Plushie is waiting for you to be collected on the sides next to a garbage bin.
- Zoo: Head over to the Lion Exhibit and jump-grind the top of it from the right to the left. At the end of the grind, you see a small pillar platform with the seventeenth Panda Plushie.
- Pinball: The final and eighteenth Panda Plushie is located right near the spawn. Skate down and take the speed pad, and while in the air, you will spot the Zombie police woman cutout holding a stop sign. To the left of that same cutout is a building with a big wooden board. You can find the final Panda Plushie right behind that wooden board!

With all 18 Panda Plushies collected it’s time to unlock Constable Richard!
