It’s that time of year again, as Call of Duty is hosting its CDL Champs event in Las Vegas! CDL across the globe will watch in anticipation as teams battle it out for the grand title of CDL Champions, all while earning plenty of rewards along the way. CDL Champs for BO7 will begin on Thursday, July 16th & will last through Sunday, July 19th. Broadcasts begin at 12PM PT on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday. The Championship broadcast will begin at 3PM PT on Sunday. Today, we’re going over every reward you can earn through the BO7 CDL broadcasts. Here’s what you need to know:
How to Unlock All CDL Champs Rewards
To claim these rewards for use in-game, you’ll need to follow a few steps. You’ll need to link your Activision & Twitch accounts together to ensure you can earn rewards from the broadcast. There rewards can also only be earned through watching Call of Duty’s Twitch Channel.
- Make your way over to the CDL
Viewership Page. - Sign into your main Activision Account.
- Click “Link Twitch” in the Link Accounts Section.
- Select Activision & click connect.
- Sign into your Activision Account & link it to your Twitch.
- Begin watching CDL Champs on July 16th to earn rewards.
You can also find a tab on your profile titled ‘Connections’. Selecting it will direct you in connecting your accounts.
All rewards earned while watching these broadcasts can be unlocked after watching for a select amount of time. The longer you view the broadcasts, the more rewards you’ll earn. These rewards will be available for use in BO7 & Warzone. Follow these instructions to earn rewards:
- Tune into a CDL stream on Call of Duty’s Esports Twitch Channel.
- Head to the ‘Drops & Rewards’ tab to track your earning progress.
- Make sure your Activision & Twitch accounts are linked. You won’t earn rewards without them being linked.
All Black Ops 7 CDL Champs Rewards
With the Champs broadcast beginning on July 16th, there will be PLENTY of rewards that you can earn. These vary from Emblems, to XP Tokens, Calling Cards, & even a Weapon Blueprint. Here is every reward you can earn, as well as the day you can earn it on, & the watch time needed:
Thursday July 16th – 12:00 PM PT
- Championship Chip – Emblem — 30 Minutes
- Road to Champs – Calling Card — 1 Hour
- 1Hr Double XP Token – 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- Skkrrt – Calling Cards — 2 Hours
- 1Hr Double Weapon XP Token —3 Hours
- It’s Show Time – Animated Calling Card — 4 Hours
Friday July 17th – 12:00 PM PT
- Championship Chip – Emblem — 30 Minutes
- Gunny – Emblem — 1 Hour
- 1Hr Double XP Token — 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- Future Pro – Weapon Sticker — 2 Hours
- 1Hr Double Weapon XP Toke — 3 Hours
- Going Ape – Animated Calling Card — 4 Hours
Saturday July 18th – 12:00 PM PT
- Championship Chip – Emblem — 30 Minutes
- Aced – Spray — 1 Hour
- 1Hr Double XP Token — 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- Get Carried – Animated Emblem — 2 Hours
- 1Hr Double Weapon XP Token — 3 Hours
- The Chip – Charm — 4 Hours
Sunday July 19th – 3:00 PM PT
- Championship Chip – Emblem — 30 Minutes
- Dusted – Emblem — 45 Minutes
- Time For Champs – Animated Emblem — 1 Hour
- 1x 1Hr Double Player & Double Weapon XP Tokens — 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- Nebula Drift – Weapon Blueprint — 2 Hours
Modern Warfare 4 Beta Sweepstakes
On CDL Champs Sunday, players will be able to earn an opportunity at a Beta Code for Modern Warfare 4. This opportunity comes in the form of tickets you can earn through watching the CDL Champs broadcast on July 19th. The tickets can be earned similar to other rewards by watching specific amounts of time. These are the watch times to earn a ticket (you can earn up to 3):
- 60 Minutes
- 90 Minutes
- 120 Minutes
