How to Open ALL Bunkers in Warzone | Urzikstan and Rebirth Season 3 Reloaded

Warzone added in over a dozen bunkers to Urzikstan and Rebirth Island in the past few months. Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 Reloaded updated these bunkers, which are now accessible and contain a number of rewards with more on the way. Warzone bunkers have been a topic of interest ever since 2020, since several Easter Eggs were released in Verdansk and Rebirth. Here’s how to open ALL new bunkers in MW3 Warzone Season 3 Reloaded:

URZIKSTAN BUNKERS

Since launch back in December, 11 bunkers were discovered on Urzikstan but none of them were accessible. Players speculated that there could be an Easter Egg added, similar to Bunker 11 from Verdansk in 2020.

Strangely in Season 2, Bunker 5 was opened and revealed zombies sitting within test tubes. Other than loot chests and ground loot, nothing else came of the unannounced bunker opening up. This bunker was ONLY open within Warzone, not MW3 Zombies.

Beginning with Season 3 Reloaded, players can access ALL 11 Urzikstan bunkers after using an access keycard which can be obtained by completing any contract in Battle Royale or resurgence. Players can get as many access cards as they’d like so long as they continue completing contracts in game.

Unfortunately, nothing apart from chests and loot can be found in any of these bunkers, but the recent blogpost confirms more surprises are on the way for the secret rooms we’ve just opened. Players are also notified on their tac map when a bunker is nearby.

REBIRTH BUNKER

With the launch of Season 3, DETONATED reported on the biometric scanners which provide players with varying keycard rarities that can be exchanged for loot at buy stations. Players who scan for keycards on different calendar days can unlock free rewards like an emblem, calling card and universal camo.

Upon unlocking the “Welcome to the Mainframe” camo after 27 biometric scans, a secret bunker within the headquarters building also opens up. Once inside, players can find free loot and even an unidentified item that grants players upwards of $1000 every 30 seconds.

This secret room also reveals that whoever was last here was the mastermind behind the attacks on Vondel, which has been teased since Modern Warfare 2 Season 4.

FUTURE EASTER EGGS

The bunkers on Urzikstan may be tied to the rumored Black Ops 6 event, which may occur within Warzone. Graffiti on the wall next to Bunker 7 states “She Never Lets Me Down” which is the same name of a leaked challenge for the event:

Coincidentally, an old friend is returning in the form of the Sally pistol, which is reportedly going to return with the Black Ops 6 reveal event.

In recent years, the Easter Eggs in Warzone have been criticized for being too tedious or RNG heavy for a Battle Royale experience, but recent quests on Fortunes Keep and Rebirth have been well received as they’ve been accessible to more players.

The Black Ops Cold War season was generally well received for it’s Warzone integration apart from a few meta issues, but a major flaw was the lack of an Easter Egg quest on Verdansk 84. Considering the lore of Black Ops, there’s a ton of potential for Easter Eggs in the inevitable Black Ops 6 Warzone integration.
