Black Ops 6 has arrived & brings us to the small town of Liberty Falls. Once a quiet town now ravaged by an outbreak of the undead, Blanchard & the Alpha Team must find out just what happened to Liberty Falls. In today’s guide, we’ll be going over how to complete the Liberty Falls Main Quest. Grab your Loadouts & Augments, & let’s get to it:
First Things First
BUILD THE JET GUN
- You’ll first want to obtain a Mangler Cannon by shooting it off a Mangler’s arm. Pick it up & bring it to the Radio House down by the Riverside, where you’ll then destroy the door & enter the building. Interact with the debris on the ground & it will drop loot, similar to the dig sites on Origins. One of these debris’ piles will contain the first part.
- Next, you’ll want to head over to the Graveyard, outside the church. Battle zombies until eventually one in particular spawns in. This special zombie will be The Groundskeeper. Upon killing him, he’ll drop the Toolshed Key.
- Take this key over to the Toolshed nearby a crafting table & obtain the second part from inside.
- Head on over to the Flower Shop & grab a water valve from on top of a hose. You’ll want to take these parts over to the bowling alley & shoot the electrical box off the wall on the right side of the lanes. Apply these parts to the water control panel behind & interact with it again.
- You’ll have to hold the interaction button & build pressure, all while zombies try to take you down. Upon completion, you’ll obtain the final part.
Take these parts to the second-floor balcony of the motel and take a right on the stairs. Go to the last room on the left & zombies will pour out of it. Kill them & proceed into the room. There, you will find the workbench for the Jet Gun.

Main Quest
STEP ONE: CRAFT LTG
- Take the Jet Gun to the comic shop & through a hole in the ceiling, you’ll want to use the suction feature to obtain the first part of the LTG.
- The second part will be a little harder to spot. You’ll want to stand on top of the truck that’s positioned in-between the barber shop & the bank. Once up there, you’ll want to use the suction again, this time facing the upper windows of the barber shop. The second part should come out of the window & towards you.
- For the final part, you’ll want to head into the church & interact with the machine on the side of the room. This will trigger dialogue with Dr. Pagos & the third part is floating to the left. Use the suction feature & pull the part to you.
Take all three parts to the roof of the bank. There will be a workbench in the far-left corner. On this workbench, you’ll craft the LTG to pick up.
STEP TWO: FILLING THE FIRST CANISTER
Return to the Church and collect the first canister from the machine. Take the canister to a Dark Aether Field Generator and place it next to the emitter of the trap. Then bring the LTG to either the storm in the graveyard or near the river front & place it in the center. This will activate a protection sequence where you must defend the LTG from Zombies. Zombies that near the trap will be pulled into it, causing damage to the portal integrity. Protect it long enough & it will spawn an HVT Elite.
Bring its’ health down until you get a dialogue quote & the HVT begins to glow. Once glowing, take it to the Aether Circle trap & kill it using the trap. Once it dies, its’ essence will fill the canister. Once the canister is filled, return it to the church, but be warned, you’re on a timer as the essence is leaking out of the canister.
STEP THREE: FILLING THE SECOND CANISTER
After returning the first canister to the machine in the church, you will be given access to the Strauss Counter equipment piece. Take this piece of equipment to the small white machines around the maps known as EPPs’.
Use the Strauss Counter on the EPP to get a reading on. This reading will either be LOW, HIGH, OR MEDIUM. Depending on what your reading is, you’ll invert your EPP color to the readings color.
- If the Strauss reading is LOW (GREEN), set the EPP color to (RED).
- If the Strauss reading is MEDIUM (YELLOW), set the EPP color to (YELLOW)
- If the Strauss reading is HIGH (RED), set the EPP color to (GREEN)
- Head on through the church’s parking lot, over to the stairs leading to Liberty Lanes. On the hill to the right overlooking Liberty Lanes, you’ll find your first EPP.
- Head over to the next EPP, which is located in a grass patch close to the shack where you obtained a Jetgun part earlier. Use the Strauss Reader & set the right frequency on the EPP.
- The final EPP is located on a roof just below the Bank roof. To access, simply clear a buyable debris & jump down onto the ice cream shop roof. There, to the right, you’ll find the last EPP. Use the Strauss Reader to determine what color it must be set to. Upon completion of this, the 3 EPPs will unlock the canister nearby the gas station. You’ll then be able to pick the canister up.
Once finished, you’ll repeat the canister filling step, only this time, the storm you originally used will be gone. You’ll have to use the second storm that spawns either in the graveyard or near the riverfront (depending on which storm you completed first) & repeat the same process as the first storm.
FINALE
Once all the canisters have been returned to the church, you’ll be given a prompt to interact with the machine one last time. This will prompt the finale lockdown step. A mini boss fight step if you will, so be prepared. Upon activation, the doors to the church will seal, & the lockdown commences.
There will be three phases. The first with just Zombies & Vermin. The Zombies are fast & are super aggressive, so be on your guard. You will be rewarded with a max armor power-up.
The second phase will consist of Zombies, Vermin, & a Special Elite Mangler. Upon completion, you will receive a max ammo power-up.
The third & final phase will consist of Zombies, Vermin, Special Manglers, & a Special Abomination to fight. This is the most intense phase as chaos reigns supreme. Upon completion, the Machine will explode & the Ending Cutscene will commence. Congratulations, you’ve completed the Liberty Falls Easter Egg!
