Black Ops 7 has reintroduced the Weapon Prestige System from Modern Warfare 3, allowing players to Gain XP on their Weapons to unlock UNIVERSAL Camos usable on Any Weapon within the Game. The catch is that you are required to Level Up that weapon over 300 times to Unlock its final Camo. Today, we’re looking at the best methods to level up Weapons FAST in Black Ops 7:
Weapon Prestige in Black Ops 7
Before we talk about the fastest methods, It’s worth explaining for the new Weapon Prestige System works inside of Black Ops 7. Once you hit Max Level on that Weapon, you will be able to Prestige that weapon in the Weapon Selection Menu before taking it into the Gunsmith. This will Unlock a Permanent Unlock for that Weapon, a Special Attachment, and a Unique Camo. All Camos Unlocks (Universal/Standard) are listed below:
- Prestige 1 – Universal Camo
- Prestige 2 – Universal Camo
- Level 100 – Weapon Specific Camo
- Level 150 – Weapon Specific Camo
- Level 200 – Weapon Specific Camo
- Level 250 – Universal Camo
Knowing this, we can now proceed and talk about the best methods in which to gain Weapon XP and Level up these Weapons Fast.
Fastest Weapon XP in Black Ops 7
For this strategy, you will need to unlock the ‘Endgame’ Mode in Black Ops 7 by completing the Campaign. If you do not want to complete the Campaign, you can join a friend that has and they will be able to start the game for you. Once on Avalon, you’ll want to increase your Combat Rating and make your way above the Resorts POI in the Tier 3 Zone.
In this area, there are A LOT of ‘Fear’ (Zombie) enemies in Hordes on these hills. Simply eliminating these hordes over and over will give an insane amount of Weapon XP to the Weapon you are dealing the damage with. Make sure you have popped a Double Weapon XP Token as well! The enemies in this area spawn back so quick that by the time you travel from one side to the other, the hordes will have spawned back again.
This method will allow you to gain nearly 20+ Levels every game. The best part, its simple, easy, and almost brainless. This will also allow you to level up fast for your Combat Rating and Player Level.
Addition Fast XP Methods
If you do not want to play Endgame, Zombies and Multiplayer can provide some solid Weapon XP but don’t offer the same amount of ease as the previous method above.
Zombies
On Vandorn Farm Survival, sitting in the top of the farm house on the edge of the broken corner of the house can make it so Zombies will only jump in front of you. This makes for Easy Camo Grinding and XP, but in the long run the Elite Enemies will force you down every once in a while + there’s a major damage fall out.
Multiplayer
Playing any Objective Mode will award a decent amount of Weapon XP in Black Ops 7, including Score Earned from Scorestreaks if you have that weapon in your hand. Non-lethal Scorestreaks like UAVs, etc are a great way at earning Passive Weapon XP throughout the Match. The only downside about grinding in Multiplayer is that you have to perform well within the Matches… which can be challenging at times depending on the lobby and could lead to more wasted time than XP Grinding.
