Does MW4 Have a Platinum Trophy | All Achievements Explained

With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 right on the doorstep, fans can expect there to be plenty of trophies to earn. Trophies have been a staple for those who love 100% completions in a game, & Modern Warfare 4 is no exception. These trophies will span across all modes, & will keep players busy with the challenge of 100% the game. Today, we’re going to be going over all earnable trophies in MW4. Here’s what you need to know:

Trophies in Modern Warfare 4

Similar to previous entries after Modern Warfare 2 (2022), there will be no platinum trophies to earn. There will be 18 total trophies you can earn in Modern Warfare 4 through the campaign, multiplayer, & DMZ. These are each of the trophies & how to unlock them:

• Can’t Touch This – Gold
  • Defeat Makarov on Veteran difficulty or higher without getting hit in the alley.
• Hold the Line – Gold
  • Complete the game on any difficulty.
• Noteworthy – Gold
  • Read 50 different notes.
• Pacifist – Gold
  • Complete ‘Assassins’ by only killing one enemy.
• Safety’s On – Gold
  • Defeat all enemies in the kitchen in of ‘Out in the Cold’ without firing your gun on Hardened or harder.
• Scavenger – Gold
  • Repair everything in Base Camp.
• Time to Crate – Gold
  • Open every Yellow Supply Crate in ‘Stranded’.
• Was it Worth It? – Gold
  • Complete the game on Realism difficulty.
• Bullet Train – Silver
  • Kill 50 enemies while standing on train cars in ‘Hired Gun’.
• Incoming! – Silver
  • Destroy every vehicle reinforcement at the SAM Site before they unload in ‘Stranded’.
• Long Shot – Silver
  • Snipe all 4 enemies firing the mortars in ‘Counter Attack’.
• Never Forgotten – Silver
  • Recover the Dog Tags in ‘Escape’.
• No Harm Done – Silver
  • Obtain the defector’s location in ‘Following Orders’ without hurting any citizens.
• No Stone Unturned – Silver
  • Confiscate all of the contraband and read all of the notes in ‘Following Orders’.
• Raining Thunder – Silver
  • Kill 15 enemies with 3 mortar rounds in a row in ‘Losing Ground’.
• Revenge – Silver
  • Kill everyone after Shin dies in ‘Assassins’ on Hardened or harder difficulty.
• Skeet Shooting – Silver
  • Kill 10 paratroopers in ‘Mayhem’ before they hit the ground.
• Trench Boom
  • In ‘Entrenched’, kill 15 enemies with a shotgun before securing the Target Building.

Does MW4 Have a Platinum Achievemnt

Although neither DMZ or Multiplayer seemingly have trophies yet, it appears MW4 is still being recognized as DLC under the COD HQ launcher. Previously, titles like MW3 and Black Ops 6 were fully detached on the background to allow for a platinum trophy to be added post launch.

It remains to be seen whether Black Ops 7 or MW4 will receive platinum support before 2027, while Xbox has already announced plans for their own iteration of the achievement called ‘Mythic’. It’s plausible once Xbox rolls out that achievement that MW4 will finally receive support for a 100% mastery trophy.
