CDL Major 3 for the MW3 competitive season begins on Thursday, May 16th at 1:30pm PT, 3:30pm CT and 4:30pm ET. The Call of Duty community is intrigued by roster changes, recent match performances and the aftermath of the qualifiers. Players can also unlock free viewership rewards during CDL Major 3 by linking their Call of Duty and Youtube accounts. Here’s how to unlock each CDL Major III 2024 for Modern Warfare III & Warzone.
THE BUILD UP
Major III has had a massive build up with 5 weeks of qualifiers as well as the cancelation of Major IVs live event. Toronto Ultra is also going all out on their social media platforms promoting “the Biggest CoD event in Canada. Are Canadian team is a top tier contender this season and will definitely be looking to take a Second Major for the season.
Major II’s winners Alanta FaZe as well as Optic Texas have been the teems to look to when it comes to challenging ultra this year. The Green wall will for sure be coming in full effect and the crowd never misses a chance to “FaZe Up”, making this one of the most action pack crowed we see out side of a Champs Event.
STARTING TIMES & LOCATION
Major III for the 2024 season of the CDL is set to be hosted by the Toronto Ultra. The tournament itself will be held in The Mattamy Athletic Centre. Day one of this four day event is Thursday May 16th and lasts until Sunday May 19th with the Grand Finals.
During these days you will also be able to view and visit booths set up by the Sponsors-Bell, AMD, Scuff, TD Banking, and Blacklight. Game one starts off at 1:30EST.

Many of our teams have had more than their fair share of rough patches this year. that being said as some teams seem to keep falling through the crack, some players are pushing their teams up higher and higher every week. Outside of are top teems mentioned above fans keep looking back to last years champs NYSL to claw their way back to the top. NY as a team has been playing very solid compared to most and finally have started putting pressure on the top teams.
LA Thieves have sent their fans through an emotion roller-coaster with long S&D games and close control games. Week after week the Thieves keep taking one more step up that latter and people are starting to take notice. With the Royal Ravens being led by Clayster, fans have kept a close eye on them all season. Clays leadership accompanied by Gwen’s fantastic gun play makes them a formidable duo once momentum builds.
HOW TO UNLOCK CDL MAJOR 3 VIEWERSHIP REWARDS
Opening weekend for CDL Major 3 kicks off on May 16th and concludes on Sunday May 19th. While Major 3 is live, players will unlock various rewards for watching the event for certain periods of time.
To unlock MW3 and Warzone CDL viewership rewards, you must link together your Youtube and Activision accounts together by doing the following:
- Click on the CDL’s viewership page.
- Sign in to your Activision account.
- Click the “Link YouTube” option in the Link Your Accounts box.
- Select the Activision option and click connect.
- Sign in to your Activision account and link it with your YouTube account.
- Watch CDL Major 3 matches on YouTube to earn rewards.
ALL CDL MAJOR 3 VIEWERSHIP REWARDS
Fans of competitive Call of Duty have the opportunity to earn free calling cards, decals, emblems, XP tokens and even a blueprint for watching CDL Major 3 for specific periods of time. The amount of time a player must watch the event to unlock each reward is as follows:

- 1 hour: 60 minute 2XP token
- 1 hour & 30 minutes: Aim For The Noggin Sticker
- 2 hours: 60 minute 2WXP token
- 2 hours & 30 minutes: Steamrolled Calling Card
- May 17
- 1 hour: 60 minute 2XP token
- 1 hour & 30 minutes: Meet Me On LAN Calling Card
- 2 hours: 60 minute 2WXP token
- 2 hours & 30 minutes: Spicy Emblem
- May 18
- 1 hour: 60 minute 2XP token

*It may take until the end of Season 3 on May 29th for rewards to become usable on player’s accounts.
THE END
All of are teams are itching to get back on that main stage and prove what they can do. This will for sure be one of the most action pack Majors we’ve ever seen. A majority of event tickets sold out in a few days of being released. With this being the Biggest Canadian CoD event as well as the only Major to be hosted in Canada, the Home crowd will for sure be in full swing.
