It’s that time of year again, a new Call of Duty game reveal is imminent and with the recent leaks suggesting the Black Ops 7 Warzone reveal event could be sooner than we think, today we will be going over the possibilities of a reveal event for Black Ops 7 being inside of Warzone, how the first teaser date could be later this month +more! Here’s all the information we got:

Black Ops 7 Reveal is Near…
Recently reliable leaker @realityuk_ posted what seems to be an event coin named ‘SAT’ (short for Saturn, the project name for BO7) and it’s marked for Season 4. We could be getting a teaser event for Black Ops 7 inside of Warzone similar to the small event we got last year where you had to loot for the 1911 blueprint that had 6 tally marks which was a teaser to Black Ops 6. This occurred right before the official Black Ops 6 reveal at the Xbox Showcase Event.
Take with an insane grain of salt, cus I could absolutely be wrong lol

SAT is the prefix for BO7, there's an event coin named after it, and its marked for season 4

In terms of what the Warzone event would offer for Black Ops 7, we can only speculate the possibility of a futuristic style event, maybe looting ground loot/chests for a specific futuristic era weapon blueprint (similar to the bo6 event with the 1911) or just simply completing certain amount of challenges for rewards.
Potential Black Ops 7 Teaser Release Date
June 19th is a key date for the Black Ops lore, specifically to the events of Black Ops 2 set in the year 2025 which is now current day. On June 19th, 2026, the final missions of the Black Ops 2 Campaign took place, which included the capture or death of Raul Menendez, marking the end of the campaign as a whole.
This date would make the most sense for some form of teaser for Black Ops 7 like, a title reveal or a date confirmation on the official reveal since, Black Ops 7 is a direct sequel to Black Ops 2. At the time of writing this, June 19th is only 16 days away and it happens to land on a Thursday which is usually an important day for marketing in the Call of Duty scene.

Previous Call of Duty Reveal Dates
Call of Duty has been revealed mostly during the late spring/early summer periods of the year, however starting with the Warzone era (specifically Black Ops Cold War, Vanguard, and Modern Warfare 3) the reveals have been pushed really late into August without seeing actual gameplay until September or even October with MW3.
Here are the reveal dates for Call of Duty in the past decade:
- Black Ops II – May 1st
- Ghosts – May 21st
- Advanced Warfare – May 2nd
- Black Ops III – April 27th
- Infinite Warfare – May 2nd
- WWII – April 26th
- Black Ops 4 – May 17th
- Modern Warfare – May 30th
- Black Ops Cold War – August 26th
- Vanguard – August
- Modern Warfare II – June 8th
- Modern Warfare III – August 17th
- Black Ops 6 – June 9th

SUMMERS GAMES FEST & XBOX SHOWCASE
Summers Game Fest and the Xbox Showcase are showcases that are dedicated to revealing games. Call of Duty usually don’t have reveals for their games during the Summers Games Fest but sometimes developers from the studios come out and talk about upcoming content getting added to the current game or even give little teasers on to when we could expect to get an official reveal for next Call of Duty game.

Last year, Black Ops 6 was officially revealed at the Xbox Showcase and even had a 1 hour panel dedicated to showing off new features and mechanics that were coming to the game.
This year Xbox will be doing another exclusive one hour panel after the showcase however it won’t be for Call of Duty but instead for Outer Worlds 2. There’s still a possibility we could get some kind of teaser from Microsoft during the showcase on when we could get our official reveal for Black Ops 7.
