Today, we’re going over the Black Ops 6 & Warzone Season 4 Release Date and all known content:
Black Ops 6 & Warzone Season 4 Release Date
Based on in-game timers, Black Ops 6 Season 4 is set to begin on Thursday, May 29th, 2025 at 9am PT. If there is no delays, this will 100% be the date Season 4 launches on all platforms, as this has been the method to dictate when a new season is coming out since Modern Warfare 2019. With Black Ops 6 Season 3 Reloaded releasing on May 1st, that means marketing for Season 4 will start up around May 22nd, a week before May 29th!
Stitch Returns in Black Ops 6 Season 4
According to new leaks found by @HeyImAlaix on X, Season 3 Reloaded included references to multiple upcoming operators most likely releasing with Season 4. Previously, they accurately leaked Hudson, Mace, Roze, and Domino Operators coming to Season 3, which all came true. These operator codenames include:
- Stitch
- Doberman
- Corgi
- Poodle
The exact code for the Stitch Operator in Black Ops 6, “t10_rus_pl_stitch” follows the same pattern used in Black Ops Cold War in the files for his operator when it was first introduced, being “t9_rus_pl_stitch” all the way back in 2020. This all but confirms Stitch is returning in Black Ops 6 Season 4, but what that means for his fate at the end of Black Ops Cold War’s Post-Launch Story has yet to be revealed…

New Weapons Coming in Black Ops 6 Season 4
From the same source as the Operators, the Season 3 Reloaded Update also included a large list of codenames for upcoming Weapons in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, some most likely for Season 4. Some have been idetified as the ‘Olympia’ Shotgun from previous Black Ops titles, and a familiar Scorestreak last seen in Black Ops 1, known as the Grim Reaper. These Weapon codenames include:
- olove (Olympia)
- m202 (Grim Reaper)
- fresno
- lisbon
- erie
- milan
- mesa
- pickaxe
- bknuckles
While most of these are currently known, we can see that ‘pickaxe’ and ‘bknuckles’ (Brass Knuckles) will be upcoming Melee Weapons sometime during Black Ops 6, potentially Season 4. As for the rest of the weapons, fans have not deciphered the rest of the codenames yet, which will make for a pleasant surprise once marketing for Season 4 starts closer to the middle of May.

Additional Black Ops 6 Season 4 Content
As of now, not much else is known about Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 4. No information has leaked about any upcoming Warzone, Zombies, or Multiplayer specific content as on May 1st 2025. A few things from the Black Ops 6 Season 3 Blog Posts have been excluded from the most recent update, which many fans believe is being saved for a future season.
‘Blueprint Mixing’ was officially announced in the Season 3 Blog Post for launch, and was then later confirmed to coming at a later date, which many assumed was Season 3 Reloaded but no luck yet. Additionally, the Stadium on Verdansk was teased to be opening at with Season 3 Reloaded, but it has appeared to have been pushed back to a future title update.
