With the successful release of Season 3 in Black Ops 6 & Warzone, fans couldn’t help but notice the content being saved for ‘In-Season’. This content will release for the mid-season update ‘Season 3 Reloaded’ in BO6 & Warzone coming sometime in the middle of April. Today, We’re going to go over all the content releasing for both Black Ops 6 MP & Zombies, as well as Warzone with Season 3 Reloaded. Here’s what you need to know:
Black Ops 6 Season 3 Reloaded Release Date
Season 3 Reloaded of Black Ops 6 & Warzone will potentially release on April 24th or May 1st, as upcoming playlist update/event end dates are available until this date. This will mean all 4/20 Content will be releasing AFTER April 20th, as the ‘Black Ops Tribute’ Event starts on April 17th and will be live until May 1st. Mid-Season Launches have always been 3 weeks after launch in Black Ops 6, which also lines up with April 3rd, to April 24th but it appears this will be the first Season where its 4 week after launch on May 1st. All Call of Duty 4/20 Content will most likely be releasing in May with Season 3 Reloaded.
Black Ops 6 Season 3 Reloaded Global Content
This is content that will be available across all modes of Black Ops 6, as well as Warzone.
Weapons
Ladra
Coming Season 3 Reloaded
The ‘Ladra’ is a sub machine gun with low recoil, a crazy fire-rate, & quite the range. It’s not the most powerful SMG, but it compensates for it with the low recoil it has. The ‘Ladra’ will be unlocked as an event reward during ‘Season 3 Reloaded’.
Weapon Attachments
C9 10mm Auto 30-Round Mags
This conversion kit will help increase your C9’s stopping power through higher caliber ammo. Though, this will also come at the cost of some Recoil, as well as a lower rate of fire. Still, the extra damage range can help deal with enemies from a distance.
Goblin Mk2 7.62 Mini-Rocket Conversion
Using this will convert your Goblin Mk2 into a full auto, complete with rocket ammo. This ammo will cost you in terms of fire-rage & velocity. However, you’ll also gain splash damage capabilities to inflict on your enemies. Barrels, Mag Attachments, & Muzzles will be blocked in place of a new Barrel & Magazine.
Black Ops 6 Season 3 Reloaded Multiplayer Content
Maps
Haven
Taking place inside a KGB SafeHouse, ‘Haven’ has seen better days as nature has begun to retake the property. Years of neglect have left the place in disrepair. Close quarter encounters as well as long range battle opportunities will be plentiful for players to engage in.
This map will be available in traditional 6v6 core experiences for Multiplayer.
Signal
For anyone who’s played the Black Ops 1 Campaign, this map should bring back some memories. That’s right, ‘Signal’ takes place on the infamous Numbers Station from the finale of the Black Ops 1 Campaign. Operators can battle it out in the iconic broadcast station, fire down from the Communications landing, or swim underneath your enemies to flank em.
Blazetown
A limited time Nuketown variant called ‘Blazetown’ will be available for players to enjoy later in Season 3 Reloaded. Likely it will be part of the ‘Joint Operations’ LTM in MP.
Modes
Joint Operations: New LTM
‘Joint Operations’ is an LTM that forces squads to run the rounds of five core modes, all with variations. These modes include:
- Head Stash (TDM)
- Hotbox (Hardpoint)
- Inhalation (Domination)
- Munchies (Kill Confirmed)
- Very High Target (HVT)
All of these modes will have various cycling effects that players will have to adapt to, & use to their advantage. The side effects of playing this LTM are but not limited to:
- Visual Impairment
- Double Health
- Third Person POV
- Low Gravity
- +420 Score Bonus
- Double Jump
- Increased Movement Speed
- Paranoia Sounds
- Hardcore
Perks
Vendetta
The perk ‘Vendetta’ will be added in Season 3 Reloaded as an event reward for the ‘Blaze For Glory’ Event. It will fall under Perk Slot 2, & under the Recon Type. What does the perk do?
This perk will mark the last known position of the enemy who killed you for a short time. You’ll earn bonus score if you kill your killer in that short time. The one foil to this is the ‘Vigilance’ Perk.
Events
Blaze of Glory
While not much is known about the event, it will be releasing during Season 3 Reloaded, closer to 4/20 we’d imagine. We’ll likely see 4/20 themed bundles releasing alongside this event.
Call of Duty Endowment: Got Your Six
While not much is known about the event, it will be releasing during Season 3 Reloaded. All proceeds for Call of Duty Endowment go towards supporting our Veterans. We probably will see a COD Endowment Bundle released alongside this event.
Black Ops 6 Zombies Season 3 Reloaded Content
Modes
Shattered Veil – Directed Mode
For players who are struggling to complete the Main Easter Egg Quest on ‘Shattered Veil’, this will be the mode for you. Essentially a guided mode for players who may need it. Just remember, for the early EE Completion Calling Card, players will need to complete the ‘Shattered Veil’ EE before Directed Mode releases.
Zombie Snacks LTM
Players will fight to keep reserves high & shoot for a ‘flow state’. This ‘flow state’ will give players extra force to slay the oncoming undead hordes. ‘Zombie Snacks’ will be available on all 5 maps in BO6 (Terminus, Liberty Falls, Citadelle, The Tomb, Shattered Veil), as well as in both Standard & Directed mode.
- Energy will replace health but can be depleted by moving.
- Zombies will drop energy boosts.
- Avoiding damage allows a player to enter a flow state which provides benefits for as long as the player doesn’t get hit.
Gameplay Features
Field Upgrades
Frost Blast
Frost Blast returns in Black Ops 6 Zombies! Create an icy chill field around you to slow & freeze the undead hordes. Frost Blast will be releasing in Season 3 Reloaded.
Warzone Season 3 Reloaded Content
Modes
LTM – High Trip
The High Trip LTM is coming in Season 3 Reloaded for Call of Duty: Warzone. Bringing in a special narrator & gameplay elements to reduce your enemies to dash, players are in for quite the experience. This mode may drop in Resurgence.
Battle Royale Ranked Play
Battle Royale Ranked Play is set to release in Season 3 Reloaded of Warzone. Now while it didn’t initially release in the original Verdansk, players will have a chance to play it now on the original Warzone map. With a total of 50 teams made up of 150 players, will your trio be enough to outlast everyone else?
High Value Loot Zones
Coming with the Season 3 Update in Warzone, Loot Metas will be receiving a major update. Extra High Value Loot Zones inside of named POIs will be added in across the entirety of Verdansk.
Specialist Perk
The Specialist Perk system is planned to be added into Warzone in Season 3 Reloaded. Players will be able to purchase it through the buy stations, as well as possibly finding it hide somewhere in Verdansk.
Portable Decontamination Station
The PDS (Portable Decontamination Station) is set to release back into Warzone in Season 3 Reloaded. The PDS will help protect you & the squad from the oncoming gas that surrounds you. Definitely a highlight for final circle scenarios.
Bunker Buster
The almighty Bunker Buster is set to reign down terror in Verdansk in Season 3 Reloaded. Perfectly for clearing out buildings, players will be taking advantage of this Killstreak, so keep your head on a swivel.
Contracts
Recon
Along with the Moving Train returning in Season 3 Reloaded, the Recon Contracts will return as well in the cargo carts of the train. Usually, you’re taking a bigger risk when activating these contracts, as data has to be uploaded while on the train.
Big Game Bounty
Target the player with the most amount of Eliminations with this contract. Elimination of this Bounty target will award you with a chunk of change, & an Advanced UAV for 20 Seconds.
In-Game Events
While the 4 in-game events occurring near the final circle collapse have already been announced, there are more to be revealed with the Season 3 Reloaded Update. Not much is known about them yet, but they will be revealed soon enough.
Vehicle Rebalancing
Warzone players can expect multiple Vehicular Rebalances with the launch of Season 3 Reloaded. Just changes & tweaks here & there to ensure the vehicles run as smoothly as possible.
Map Interactive Elements
Vertical Ascenders
While the classic Verdansk didn’t get Exterior Ascenders until Season 5 of MW (2019), players can expect them to be added during the Season 3 Reloaded Update. Exterior Ascenders weren’t added at the launch of Season 3 Warzone to keep the classic feel of Verdansk strong. Expect the Exterior Ascenders to be returned to the locations you remember with Season 3 Reloaded!
OG Train Station Interior Access
With Season 3 Reloaded , we will see the opening of the Mezzanine Shopping Mall & the covered footbridge within the Train Station POI.
Moving Train
The Train is set to begin its trips around the map & along the rails in Season 3 Reloaded. With multiple carriages, some filled with loot, operatives are gonna have their hands full as they battle it out with other squads on the Verdansk Express.
QOL Updates
HUD Loadout Icon
When purchasable, the HUD will now display an icon for the Loadout Drop. This will make it easier for players to identify when to rush to the Loadout Drop to access their favorite Loadout.
