Black Ops 6 Reveal Event is almost here! With the launch of Season 4 for Modern Warfare 3, the usual suspects on Twitter have found strings to the BO6 Reveal Event that’s happening to Warzone. Expect to see new challenges, Woods announcer, rewards, and more! Ready to learn about the upcoming Black Ops 6 Warzone Event? Here’s what you need to know:
COD HQ OVERHAUL & PRE ORDER MENU
As of today, a message at the top of the COD HQ menu has a countdown to the June 9th Xbox showcase event. Players can also see a Black Ops 6 themed start button when booting up COD HQ on console, whereas pre order options have been leaked via @realityuk_ on Twitter.
Pre orders will likely go live after the reveal event on Sunday, June 9th.
BLACK OPS 6 WARZONE CHALLENGES
The in game Warzone rewards menu has revealed several Black Ops 6 themed reveal challenges. It appears the Sally blueprint reward wasn’t meant to go live as early as it did, but is marked as completed for those who unlocked it in Season 3.
- “In Warzone, Get 1 Operator Kill With an Old Friend” – Sally Blueprint (9mm Daemon)
- “Discovered Intel to Uncovering the Mole” – Animated Calling Card
- “She Never Let Me Down” – Animated Calling Card
- “Gained the Exclusive Execution” – Sitting Bull Finishing Move
Unlocking the Black Ops finishing move appears to be tied to completing the first three challenges. As of now, it shows 0/3 even if the Sally blueprint challenge was completed. This bug will likely be patched later this week.
NEW WOODS INFIL CUTSCENE FOUND
Woods talks to you during the infil cutscene about finding the mole. Black Ops 2 remains canonized as players can see Woods crippled in a wheelchair following his encounter with Menendez in the late 80s.
ADLER IS THE ENEMY OF THE STATE
Shockingly, posters around Warzone were uncovered, hinting at a different turn for Adler’s character in Black Ops 6. Labeled as “ENEMY OF THE STATE” on posters confirm the post launch story of Cold War may have ruined the CIA’s trust in Russel Adler.
URZIKSTAN BUNKER 7 EASTER EGG UNLOCK
In order to complete the “She Never Lets Me Down Challenge,” you must enter Bunker 7 on Urzikstan and interact with the computer. Doing this will unlock the “Purge Sequence” Calling Card.
To Enter Bunker 7 on Urzikstan, make your way to the top of the “Old Town” Island and enter in the SALLY keycode. This code is “72559” to unlock Bunker 7. Once inside, Interact with the computer to earn your ANIMATED “Purge Sequence” Calling Card!
REBIRTH SUBMARINE & FINISHING MOVE UNLOCK
To earn “The Truth Lies” Calling Card, you need to play Rebirth Island and look for the submarine that spawns out in the water at Bioweapons.
Enter the submarine and interact with the photo board inside the submarine to earn the calling card! Be quick! This is doable only once per match by everyone!
If you complete everything relating to the challenges tied to the Black Ops 6 event in Warzone; you will unlock the “You Can’t Kill Me” Finishing Move!
